    Casino Queen is situated in East Saint Louis at 200 South Front st. There are 150 rooms and 7 penthouses accessible at the gambling hall. The casino coverstwenty-seven thousand five hundred sq.ft. and presents lots of highlights. In addition to gambling, Casino Queen provides a 2,500 patron riverboat, a one hundred and forty spot recreational vehicle camp and easy access to MetroLink light-train station.
